Ordained to serve as the Senior Pastor of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries, Inc., with the Lord’s guidance on the eve of December 31, 2013, Breakthrough by Faith Ministries was launched. By faith, prayer and in worship the first service was held.  A strong believer in the power of prayer and walking by faith Pastor Noel leads with passion and a heart for God's people. You will often find him sharing God's love to all he encounters.

A passionate preacher, and teacher of the Word of God under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Noel provides each member with spiritual guidance and leadership. Along with his leadership team his aim is to maintain and foster a comfortable environment for God's children to gather, build relationships, share their knowledge of the Word and continually demonstrate God's love.

A graduate from Warner University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transformational Christian Ministry and an Associate in Science in Church Ministry & Biblical Studies. In Matthew 28:19-20 "The Great Commission" “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen." Lead by the the Holy Spirit, Pastor Noel passion and mission is to Develop, Equip and Empower leaders who will go out and extend God's love to the world. He strongly believes in "leaving a legacy of wisdom and purpose so that our future generation will have a head start in positioning themselves for the blessings of God." Favorite scripture Roman 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose."

Pastor and Lady Gwendolyn have been married for almost 42 years, and have been blessed with three children, and nine awesome grandchildren.
