Deacon Ronnie Baker
Deacon Ronnie Baker serves on the Finance Team of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries and a member of the governing board under the leadership of Pastor Elton Noel. Deacon Baker responsible for the Financial and Economic development of the ministry, he works closely with Pastor Noel seeking ways in reaching the community for Christ. Also known to the congregation as "Deacon Ronnie" he also oversees with excellence the Audio/Visual Ministry. Working with his team to ensure weekly services, praise and worship rehearsals and ministry events have quality sound. A native of Orlando, Florida you will often find Deacon Baker talking and encouraging youth to pursue God's will for their lives. He is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. He enjoys playing sports, watching movies and spending time with his wife and son.
Deaconess Joyanne Payne
Deaconess Joyanne Payne serves as the Treasurer of Breakthrough by Faith, and a member of the governing board under the leadership of Pastor Elton Noel. She works closely with the Finance Team along with the Pastor to secure the Financial and Economical area of the Ministry.
"Deaconess Joy" as many call her, is a true worshiper and faithfully serves on the Praise and Worship team. She is very passionate about reaching souls for Christ and you will always find her sharing the love of God and her testimony.
Deaconess Payne holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and currently pursuing a Masters in the same area. She is a Board member of Love, Embrace, Inspire otherwise know as L.E.I. where she is fulfilling the mission of working with young teen and adults in finding their purpose. She is the mother of 3 adult children and the proud Grandmother of 2. Deaconess Joyanne enjoys cooking and helping others.
